The Community Aquatics Integrated Management System (IMS) integrates all of our systems and processes within one complete framework, enabling Community Aquatics to work as a single unit with unified objectives.
To ensure Community Aquatics meets all responsibilities as a best practice facility management company we undergo annual internal and external auditing. Our most recent external audit was completed in February 2019, by Matrix Systems (ACT).
As part of this auditing process Matrix Systems compared and confirmed Community Aquatics management processes to be equivalent to the below International Standards.
